Which phone is better, iPhone or One Plus?

My brother owns a an iPhone XS Max and I own a OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition, so I think I can answer this question.

It all boils down to how you use your phone. If you use your phone for downloads, and need flexibility, Android scores there. If you want a no nonsense phone with a very smooth ecosystem, the iPhone is the way to go.

In terms of specs, I'll list down the details, please note I'm using the details for the OP6T McLaren Edition and not the normal one (there's only a minor difference in RAM and charging speed);

1. The 6T has a 6.4 inch screen, and the XS Max has a 6.5 inch screen, maybe the 0.1 inch can make a lot of difference, but I really don't think it matters, but the display and the colors are much crisper and deeper on the XS Max.
2. The chip in the 6T is the Snapdragon 845, it runs quick, and applications open really fast, while the XS Max has the A12 bionic chip, which as every year Apple claims, is the ‘best and fastest chip’ they ever made.
3. The 6T has 10GB of RAM, it's amazing and it's a breeze to switch apps, and with the OxygenOS, multitasking is very smooth, while the XS Max has 4GB of RAM, this may seem like very little, but iOS more than makes up for it.
4. The main camera of the 6T is a double module (16MP+20MP), while the module of the XS is lower on paper (12MP+12MP), but personally, I like the quality of the XS Max much better.
5. The 6T has a fingerprint scanner.! I really don't like the Face ID feature much. The 6T has a rudimentary face scanner that works surprisingly well, but it's better on the XS Max without a doubt.
6. The charging on the 6T is amazing, Warp charging is the greatest and really really fast.! Not that impressed with the XS Max.

Ultimately it boils down to personal choice, I bought the 6T cause I play a lot of games and use a lot of apps and download a lot movies…my brother usually uses E-Mails, WhatsApp, and the other normal stuff, so, in the end it's up to you. Keep in mind, that the 256GB of the iPhone is more than 3x more expensive than the 6T (also 256GB)

Also, personally I recommend going for the OnePlus 7 Pro, I didn't know about it, or I would've bought it. It's amazing.! Gives the iPhone a run for it's money.

oneplus and iPhone displays are made by samsung , but iPhone has better resolution and better quality amoled display

iPhone has A12 bionic chip from last year which will still beat the snapdragon855 of this years oneplus devices.iPhone has almost double raw power and gaming speed than snapdragon855.

When comes to cameras the list of best cameras is :

1. Pixel 3xl
2. iPhone xs series
3. Samsung s10 series . Oneplus uses sony imx586 sensor which is the same one found on redmi note7 pro which is just a 150$ smartphone. Camera is not bad. Kinds sad that 669$ oneplus and 150$ redmi produces same kind of images.and if you are into photography,never buy it. If i give 9/10 for iPhone ,10/10 for pixel and 8.5/10 for samsung, anyone who used these phones will give just 5 or below rating to oneplus. Its that bad when compared to big dogs in the smartphone market.
